The week 3 runs n C25K seem a bit easy. It's only 18 minutes and it seems like a lot of walking, so today we followed it up with a week 2 run immediately after the week3.
So we did a 5 minute warm up brisk walk
90 second run, 90 second brisk walk
3 minute run, 3 minute walk
90 second run, 90 second walk
3minute run, 3 minute walk
then straight into
90 second run, 90 second walk
(repeat 6 times)
It was awesome! I love the C25K program!
Now I just need to squeeze in some Jillian and some weights. This whole homebuying loan process has me missing workouts!
