Feb 23-25
Feb 25 workout log:
Jillian's ripped in 30 week 1 and 30 minutes elliptical (2.5 miles)
Feb 23 and 24th:
I took both days off. Thursday I just felt horrid. I have not kicked this head cold and just needed to rest.
