Week 3 Day 1

Fail on the 6AM workout. lol I had a almond mocha protein shake for breakfast and for my AM snack it's 4 eggs scrambled with 1/2 string cheese on a pita. today feels better than yesterday!
I'm getting back on track after yesterday. Maybe I'll start scheduling a free meal on my free days instead of an all out gorge fest!
On with my day...


  1. I know exactly what you mean! I'd spend all week planning what I was going to eat on my Sunday, and then I could barely get through the meals and Mnoday I was so happy to get back to it.

  2. I need advice on how to do a weighted workout without weights. I am not hitting my 10's with the measly set of dumbbells I bought. I guess I am stronger than I thought. lol I thought about using Paxton ;)
